BEZOAR Goat (Capra aegagrus)

Turkey has several different regions at the east, south and southwest, where the Bezoar goats roam. Every year the General Management of the National Parks’ Hunting Department issues a yearly quota for each of the hunting terrains. We are spesific in choosing the least hunted best among them. Any region where we obtain our quotas from, wether be it either Eastern Turkey, starting our drive to the mountains from one of Trabzon, Erzurum or Erzincan airports or South West be it Dalaman or Antalya airports. Or to reach the mid and eastern Taurus Mountains at the south, the Adana airpot.

The hunting season for the Bezoar opens in August and ends at the end of March. December being the rutting month where the males are more active looking for new members to add to their harem.

As there is a high demand for this lord of the mountains, we strongly advise the interested trophy hunter to book for their hunting dates well in advance.
