We have no surprise covered costs in our hunting programs.

50 % of the hunting price as deposit is required for reservation and to hold your hunting date. FINAL FULL PAYMENT in cash is due at arrival before the hunt.Trophy fees and extras to be paid in cash at site.

Cancellation 75 days prior to hunt's starting date, the full payment is refunded less.

€ 100 per hunting client as handling fee. If cancellation within 75 days prior to the starting date of the hunt, the total down payment is forfeited.

The agency is not liable for postponements or cancellations due to weather, traffic and any other factors beyond its control.

TROFE Hunting Organizations holds the right of changing the cancelled hunting booking to another date within the same hunting season.

All bank transfer fees are due to be paid by the client.

Unless otherwise stated by the hunter personally, Trofe Hunting Organizations has the right to use all hunting photographs with the the hunter in any of it's promotional activities.
